Top 5 Most Used – January 2013

Hi everyone!

January is almost over, I don’t know if I should be happy or sad. One thing is for sure: time does fly!

Make up helped a lot to brighten my beginning of the year anxiety. I did not buy anything but did a few swaps. Getting a fun package in the mail is always going to make my day.

As far as make up application I kept it to basic, as usual. Mornings are never good for me!

My top 5 most used products for January are:

  • Real Techniques stippling brush: so far I can say I was expecting something better, but I still have to play with this new toy.
  • Clinique Redness Solutions loose powder: my current foundation is more on the dewy side, so I need lots of powder. Why do I use a dewy foundation when I don’t have dry skin? Can’t say right now, but I promise to reveal later.
  • Milani baked blush in Luminoso: this blush is pure genius! I can’t believe I did not use Milani before. Milani please start trading in the UK too!
  • Bourjois Effect 3D lipgloss: if you have access to Bourjois go and check out their lipglosses. They are the best high street / drugstore lipgloss on the market.
  • Revlon Just Bitten Kissable lip balm in 01 Honey: this product has so many reviews it doesn’t need a description from me. I just need to say one thing – Revlon please rename it! The long name is too much for me!

How was your January? Did you get the January dreaded blues?
